Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a safari adventure with us.

1. Booking and Payment:
   1.1. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
   1.2. Full payment of the remaining balance must be made at least six (6) weeks prior to the scheduled travel date.
   1.3. Failure to make full payment within the specified time frame may result in cancellation of the booking.
2. Cancellation Policy:
   2.1. Cancellations made six (6) weeks or more before the travel date will result in a refund of 50% of the 20% deposit paid, with the remaining 50% retained for administration costs.
   2.2. Cancellations made less than six (6) weeks before the travel date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit amount.
3. Changes and Amendments:
   3.1. Changes to travel dates or itinerary must be requested at least six (6) weeks prior to the original travel date and are subject to availability.
   3.2. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements will be provided whenever possible.
4. Travel Insurance:
   4.1. It is strongly recommended that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.
   4.2. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the safari adventure.
5. Health and Safety:
   5.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physical condition to undertake the safari activities.
   5.2. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions must inform us in advance to assess if special arrangements or accommodations are necessary.
6. Responsibility:
   6.1. While every effort is made to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests, safari activities inherently involve risks, including but not limited to encounters with wild animals and rugged terrain.
   6.2. Participants acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to adhere to the instructions provided by our guides and staff for their safety.
7. Conduct:
   7.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner towards fellow travelers, guides, staff, and the environment.
   7.2. Any behavior deemed dangerous, disruptive, or in violation of local laws and customs may result in immediate termination of the safari adventure without refund.
8. Liability Waiver:
   8.1. By booking a safari adventure with us, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with wildlife encounters and outdoor activities.
   8.2. Participants release us, our employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss incurred during the safari adventure.
9. Legal Jurisdiction:
   9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
10. Agreement:
    10.1. By booking a safari adventure with us, participants indicate their understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
